Like most protection plans you have to go through different loops to get your issue resolved. I never purchase any protection plans but decided to give geek squad a go and wow! Definitely worth it!! Highly recommend this service.

Super friendly and inviting. Got along well with his coworkers and wasnt afraid to as for help when something came up. Overall a great experience

Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. The service technicians were friendly and arrived on time. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to fix our tv but offered a replacement for the same value. We were able to buy a new tv and just had to pay the difference on the upgrade. It was perfect!

I don’t buy it for every product, but I love it for electronics such as the Elite 2 Wireless controller

I've had the 2-Year replacement before and I just walked into the store and they instantly replaced the controller for me. Great to have just incase something happens to the controller.
