    Had to utilize them on my sons switch already and they replaced the controllers without a problem, however, I had to wait in line for an hour to speak with a tech and then it took almost a week for his new controllers to arrive.

    This is a great warranty I saw that compared to others best buy replaces the original controller once it stops working I thought that was amazing
