Warranty was quick and easy to handle. Would recommend getting warranty only items.

I prefer to buy the protection plan (the longer protection the better) because if something happens to the product it will get fixed or replaced without me having to spend the extra money on buying the same product again and if I don't use the plan oh well, it's better to have it than to not have gotten it and something happens and I'm out that money on the product.

What isn’t clear when you purchase this replacement plan is how exactly it works. IE you buy a 2 year plan for $60, your controller breaks in 92 days, you can get a replacement for free. However, your 2 year plan is now done. You have to pay $60 to restart the plan. Still saves money on a $180 controller.

The best, just to be protected and covered because you never know what happens.

I use this insurance on many items to cover the cost of replacement if they break. Best thing in the world for console controllers if you are sensitive to stick drift.

Great service. Like most protection plans you have to go through different loops to get your issue resolved. I never purchase any protection plans but decided to give geek squad a go and wow! Definitely worth it!! Highly recommend this service.

Added 2-Year replacement to my Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller. I've had the 2-Year replacement before and I just walked into the store and they instantly replaced the controller for me. Great to have just incase something happens to the controller.

I always purchase the 2-yr for this product and I always shop at Best Buy for the controller. Best Buy honors the warranty and swap it out with no questions asked. A necessity for teenage users.
