Being able to get my controller replaced is amazing. PS5 controllers quickly get stick drift now days, this one doing so within a very short time frame. Was thankfully able to get another one with a smaller payment as opposed to having to pay full price.

You definitely want to get this for all your items purchased at Best Buy. The return policy is amazing but their geek squad is awesome and I’ve never had an issue. This comes very handy and they never give you a hard time and take care of your needs.

Accidents happen and when they do who ya gunna call….if the answer isn’t the geek squad you’re wrong! They won’t let you down!!!

Ive had to call them before to get help with my laptop and they were super friendly and helped me no problem! They seemed happy to help and did not seem annoyed like most people do that come to help with anything.

Best thing to get and a good reason to buy from your local Best Buy and not online. Personally these plans have come in handy for portable game devices and controllers. But I also saw first hand how useful it’s to have one when a friend bought a tv and had to return it twice (!) for a broken screen. Normal warranty might be enough the first time if returned promptly but having a plan just... gets you a very different treatment and protection.

If something is wrong with your item they help you with everything you need.

8yo's always breaking them or spilling something on them. This is one warranty that's worth it!
