Good warranty for the price paid, don’t mind paying extra as long as the warranty is there.

Love this option is given on electronics bought through Best Buy! When you put money into something it is always nice to know that they will back up what they sell if need to just in case something happens.

Paying for the 2 year Geek Squad plan is is very good investment. The first set I bought- the mic stopped working and I was able to get a new set at no cost.

I use a waterproof cordless keyboard and mouse, but this is a very good backup for my needs.

Geek Squad insurance is great! I purchase this insurance on all of my equipment. I was able to utilize this service on another item; the representatives were extremely helpful and professional.

I love Bestbuy and their return/replacement/repair policy. I’ve had issues with other retailers but never with Bestbuy.
