I said it before and I’ll say it again, Geek Squad is the best there is

Super worth it, sometimes. If what you're buying doesn't have warranty, or you don't want the hassle, this service allows you to just swap out your defective device for a new one easily.

I remember I broke my first iPad. Geek Squad Replacement replaced my iPad with the latest version without problems. It was great and they were so helpful. Also great for printers. Super helpful for those darn annoying parts that break and you would rather have the latest printer rather than fixing something that is just going to break again.

This was purchased for an SSD. I do this for all my electronics and I am an Elite services subscriber as well. It is very nice to be able to get on the Best Buy site, login and start a chat with a Geek Squad agent to resolve issues on my 4 PCs. When something requiring them to physically work on a machine happens, I make an appointment, take it in and its either resolved while I wait or I come back a day or two later, and its covered in cost of the elite subscription. For me, it makes total sense to have that peace of mind. Lastly, when you are considering a purchase, its great to get on a chat session and ask them the pros and cons of a purchase. My last was a color laser printer and upcoming will be a heavy duty (gaming type) laptop for design work. There are details they provided I would never have known.

I love the protection warranties at Best Buy. They are fantastic. They are the best protection warranties out there today.

Love the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection..

I buy geek squad protection on everything. Since I was younger and it was black tie protection. I event worked at Geek Squad and saw the ins and outs. And then still get total tech and protection plans because the value is unmatched. If something is available at both best buy and amazon, I do best buy because the warranty is so good. I can head to a best buy wherever I'm at, and go exchange my malfunctioning or damaged device (depending on coverage) for a new one or even different product if I wasn't feeling that one. Peace of mind for sure.

I use my headphones 10 hours a day. They are very essential to my job. When ine of the speakers broke off. I needed to quickly replace the headset. I returned them for a new headset with no problems. This warranty has saved me time and expense on broken products. I don’t but from best buy and not get the warranty. Other stores require explanations or time consuming verifications. I never purchased the extended warranties before but since my great best buy experiences. I don’t purchase products there without buying the warranty.

I needed to get a external drive replaced and I had questions regarding the necessary steps needed to complete the process. The person in charge was very cordial, was patient when explaining what could have been the possible problems that lead to the corruption, and, how I should proceed afterwards. It was an overall positive experience that I recommend.

I used geek squad for years, they took care of my failing electronics that needs repair or replacement including my car audio stuff. Always buy extended warranty when you buy expensive electronics

Overall you can definitely feel the premium qaulity with this keyboard. The magnetic switches are extremely responsive when changed in Icue and make games like cs2 and valorant very fun to play. In addition, the metal engraving of the digital camo looks very nice. Do keep in mind that the keys are a very soft matte looking gun metal gray rather than black but personally i think they look amazing

Looks real good and feels a lot better then a cloth mouse pad.

I recently purchased a Geek Squad wireless keyboard and mouse, and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and the mouse is highly responsive. The wireless connection is reliable and the range is quite good. The setup was easy and the battery life is quite impressive. I have been using it for a few weeks now and have had no issues.
