Honestly they helped so much and they are so nice which made the encounter very good. Overall I got the issue that I had solved and felt good after the encounter. Also an additional note is that they didn’t make me feel like an idiot during my interaction.

I used this when my Razer - Kraken Wired 7.1 Surround failed at 18 months, which I knew it would since it had the mute and volume control on the line, which is where every headset I've ever had that was setup this way failed. I took it back to the store and they gave me a store credit, no questions asked. Well worth the money for wired headsets since these will usually fail in under 2 years.

Capital Mall Geek Squad staff were courteous and helpful when my son's keyboard was exchanged. The 2nd salesman was super knowledgeable with choosing a replacement. Effortless exchange.

I'm torn with the service, I'm sure the staff do great work and I'm actually friends or acquaintances of one of them and I know for a fact he's a straight shooter. My only issue, is I buy the service and nothing ever happens. If I don't buy the service, something generally happens.

I love the Geek Squad! Almost every single electronic I bought at Best Buy have this warranty! Because they are the best and if they can’t fix it usually what ever you spent on that product you can use for store credit or they’ll just give you a new one! Save me sooo much money! Love them!

Geek Squad service is a must if you get anything. The 2-year accidental service is necessary if you break your item on accident. The customer service as well is on point and very fast. I would recommend it and the price usually depends on the product, but it is usually worth it.

I will never purchase any electronic or gaming accessory from best buy without including the accidental warranty coverage. Very easy to make claims on. I had a replacement plan. I just walked in and they exchanged it for same product on the spot hassle free. And i was able to repurchase a protection plan on the new item to keep it going. Which saved me well over 100 dollars. Which is why i strictly buy my electronics from this store.

I am a user of mechanical keyboards and this keyboard seems very good for those who need a good quality product without spending too much.
