While expensive, this gave me 20% off what Apple store would have charged for replacing broken screen. Because contract between Apple & Best Buy says customers can only check in an Apple repair with a Best Buy employee who is officially certified to REPAIR apple products, if that person isn’t working or in the store, customer is denied an appointment even to drop off the item for repair.

A great keyboard for starters (like me)! I’ve had it for almost 3 months now and it’s held up very well. The software it comes with for the RGB is pretty solid. If you’re looking for a good keyboard that isn’t overly priced, this will be a perfect one.

Geek squad has always been helpful every time that I've needed them, so I continue to purchase these protection plans, hopefully I won't need it but if/ one I do, I will be grateful that I have

Most of the time I don't purchase product replacement guarantees because a great quality product shouldn't need one. These product replacement guarantees are so low in price and offer so much in return that it seems almost silly not to spend the extra $5 or $10 on them. In the past, guarantees cost $20 or $30 dollars and that's way too much for a quality product. I'm a satisfied customer with this purchase.

Great especially for headphones. I purchased a Hyper X cloud II a few years ago and after 6 months they broke and got them replaced absolutely free no hassle. The next pair lasted a good while, but unfortunately broke while I was on vacation and when I got back home the warranty had expired just days before so I was a bit out of luck. I bought a new headset and obviously got the protection

No issues returning defective units ever. I have returned things that usually fail within the 2 year window, so no complaints.

They usually know exactly what is required and execute. Can’t complain. Other than the warranty being so short lol!

I love shopping at best buy! THe customer service, geek squad, and employees are always very helpful when it comes to returns, questions, or shopping in general. I have never had any problems returning an item in-store or online, they have always been exchanged for another item or replaced!

It's better to have and not need to need and not have as I like to say. If you buy an item and it craps out in a short period of time after the 30day in store receipt period at least with the protection plan you can still get it repaired or replaced and that saves you extra money from buying another item because of a failure. I have only had to use a warranty once so far and thankful I had it.

I love this two years accidental replacement membership this is amazin. Sometimes things happen give yourself the peace of mind especially if you have a little one sometime accident happened but having this product will save you a lot of money

I have been told time and time again to purchase protection in case of an accidental breakage that's covered. I chose to purchase it as the price is great and the Geek Squad has a great reputation for fixing whatever electronics end up having a problem. Hopefully I won't have to use the added protection however, if I do I'm sure the Geek Squad will come through abd fix any issues that are covered.

Look at what you're purchasing and how much they are asking for this warranty for your product. Some things I buy I am blown away by how inexpensive the warranty is. But yes, warranties are to make money. Shipping out something important and waiting for it to come back sucks too though. Weigh your options.
