Absolutely love this plan. Anytime my devices have a malfunction, it covers it and is an easy process to claim.

Used geek squad warranty before, great service on earbuds cutting out. Went into store swapped for new set, no issues with service warranty.

Quite the mouse. It definitely had a lot of customizations when it came to lights and came packed with good specs in terms of DPI and weight. I do wish it came with adjustable weights, as most modern mice have that option. This mouse lasted me two years, in the end I just returned it.

I bought this protection for the type cover for my Surface Go 2. Good value for the protection of the device against accidental damages. I have not had to use this to date, my prior experiences with the services by Geek Squad have been excellent.

Works as it should, i prefur other wireless mouse and kb although.

Amazing service. Their Geek Squad plans are amazing and easy to work with them when you have issues. Easy online booking service to meet in person and their plans are definitely worth it to be extra precautious.

The headphones are really confortable and light, great for using them a couple of hours for gaming or at work. I have been using them for more than a year daily and haven’t had any wear.
