I always buy Geek Squad Protection when available. I have had to use it a couple of times over the years and Best Buy have been great about just replacing a defective item with no questions asked. Would highly recommend it!

Again do not leave the store without this if your buying a high priced, high quality item. Especially TV, this will save you 1000s of dollars. Warranty in store or in person to your home way easier than dealing w manufacturing company

I'm very rough on my products. But with the accidental protection plan I don't have to worry about it. They're always so friendly when I come in and extremely understanding. They never make me feel ashamed or embarrassed of any incident that brings me in there! And for the price it is absolutely worth it! I love The geek squad!

I haven't had to use this yet but it is really nice to have a back up plan if something does go wrong at a very reasonable price as well.

I'm using this for my laptop because I don't like to use the flat buttons I like the high buttons so I also have a second laptop and bought another one just like it to use. These are perfect for anyone that feels the same as I do.

Really comes in clutch when your at a LAN party and you accidently get a drink spilled at your set up. A must have for computer, consoles, and peripherals.

We always get extra protection on our products. Have had gaming headsets that had cord issues at some point. Took them back to Best Buy, no issue with exchanging them. Already got a new 2-year plan on the new product.

I bought this keyboard to go with a laptop that I bought my husband for his business. He is a mechanic and needs to be able to look up parts and keep track of them. With him working with his hands every day, I wanted to keep the laptop itself as clean as possible and the best way to do that is to keep his hands off of the keyboard and touchpad. This keyboard works great for this purpose. It's easy to use and he doesn't have any issues with it. (I also bought a silicone cover for it for protection, so maybe it will prolong the life of the keyboard.)

I normally always buy this Geek Squad insurance every time I make a big purchase. I've had to use it multiple times over the years and it has always been very easy to use to get a return or replacement. I just go to the store and they see if added on my purchase, and after a few minutes I leave with a replacement or refund. I think its worth the price for the ease of mind, and its definitely saved me money in the long run when things break. I highly recommend it!

This warranty was a godsend! Most items have a 1-3 year manufacturer warranty which can be a headache to deal with. This 2 year warranty BestBuy offers allowed me to just switch it out for a new one. But the warranty is a one time use.

I’m glad I bought the protection. I bought the protection for headphones I got for my brother and he used them all day everyday. Needless to say they were beat up. I went to get a refund or another pair and geek squad was quick to help me.
