I was told one price, charged another. Not appreciated.

Its a must have for any items gives me peace of mind

Agent, from what I can remember, was knowledgable and was able to take care of my issue easily.

Worked good for a while mostly for gaming but then left clicker would go off multiple times on its own, def not good for a shooting game. Will try to return or replace today.

Paying insurance for protection ... haven't had to use it yet, might renew, if the iPad continues to work well.

I assume the keyboard is great, I like the style and look strong. I just wish the guy who ordered it for me in the store got more than one thing I asked for right. I asked for a multi-OS, 10 key, keyboard that, preferably wired but wireless will work, is compatible with my TCL Chrome OS tv, I can use either Bluetooth or IR to control my tv, to get rid of one remote" I get a keyboard that has none of that. Well, it i wired. Returning it due to stupidity not due to problem with the product.

Initially, my drive worked great. No issues at all transferring data. All of a sudden, the drive is not being recognized by my mac or ANY other device (have always only used it w my mac), and on the RARE occasions it DOES connect, it never actually mounts. best buy's geek squad says they cannot help me. purchase made May 2024, well within warranty.

I purchase this alongside a Samsung 55-inch Crystal UHD TV and this is the only thing showing up in my purchases and this was purchased for that TV specifically at the time did I purchase the TV so Best Buy is kind of messing up

Don't know yet - I bought the service on a MS 5050 keyboard which I like. Because I have bought this keyboard a few times before, and because they always seem to fail in the same way, I felt the need.

I went back to my Logitech Pro wired keyboard. The buttons pop off too quickly and easily press 2 at the same time . It's hard to game with. I love its wireless. Hopefully, they can make it as good as my pro next time.

Never used it. Not sure it's something everyone needs but I'm sure you'll be happy you have it if you do need it.

From experience when it comes to a computer mouse or headset it’s always imperative to buy a warranty. Specially if they were pricey. Nowadays technology is not made to last.

This was good not great because I drop it and it broke fast . I don’t recommended this keyboard to no one .

I mean I haven’t been able to get the chance to use them yet.

[Employee of bestbuy] Worked as needed. Was not the nicest from a fit and finish standpoint, but it worked as intended

[Employee of bestbuy] really good headset, only issue is after a couple of hours using it it’ll make like a air blowing sound

It was not hard to install but I keep getting letter even though I don't type it. I did not information on how to delete it.

I've never had to use this yet so, I hope it's good. Given that I got this for a purchase for my daughter, who is accident prone, I hope it lives up to what they claim. Will update if needed.

Not sure why I got this - never used it. Typically I think these are not worth the money...

The keys did work good they kept sticking maybe a got a defective keyboard
