I've had some problems with keyboards in the past, so I made sure to purchase this Plan. It's a good thing I did because I had to replace my keyboard in less than a year. It was hassle free and no questions asked once the tech hooked the keyboard up to his computer and couldn't get it to work.

Nice piece with ease of use. Help ease the task at hand and also the love the construction which both sits well on the table or desk and does not wobble or distract from smooth movements or motions in doing the daily tasks needed . Multiple users of different age group with no complaints. Will purchase again if needed .

geek squad is always there to protect my investment

I used my geek squad warranty on a tv that had issues. Although i was able to use it i they deducted 100 dollars off of what i originally paid. Did not make much sense on why but it is what it is.

Highly recommended! When I purchased a wireless keyboard (in particular, so I could quickly key in text responses and email answers, rather than the letter-by-letter smartphone keyboard pecking method), I also bought the Geek Squad Coverage -- which I consider a wise, reasonably priced, part-and-parcel associated purchase.

I’ve always had a good experience with Best Buy and geek squad. I will say this headset in particular has some issues with the cord. It’s detachable which is fine but I have replaced it two times because the audio goes out in one ear. The new cord fixes it , but I may return it if it happens again. I appreciate being able to pay for additional coverage for situations like these.

Got geek squad on all the laptops we use for school. I’ve already used it once durning fall break. We thankfully got our computer back just in time before school started up. Due to pandemic we were without it for a little over 2 weeks! Hopefully next time it will be quicker but they fixed all the issues with no problem.

Need to have this especially if it’s for a teenager.

The geek squad 2-year replacement never let me down when I had a problem with any products I just called and follow all directions and my product was replaced with no issues so I do recommend this plan or products because you just never know what might happen with something so you always wanna be covered.

Warranty’s are great to have, usually claims are very easy to make.

Great keyboard at a really great price. Recommend Best buy for any computer needs.

I would be fast to recommend this to anyone, especially when it’s for 2 years or more. Mainly for people doing a lot of moving or people prone to spilling things or people that have playful pets.
