This geek squad plan, protection plan, would it been perfect for me had I kept the keyboard folio. The protection plan would have offered me replacement etc.

I almost always get the replacement plan. Best buy is amazing with returns and I will continue to use them for this great service alone.

I purchase the Geek Squad for my Passport 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable due to my first one crashed in three months time. I was sooo glad to had purchase one previous If they can't fix they replace unless you crack your TV screen then this warranty are useless I would recommend Geek Squad on certain things
