Geek squad is very helpful, every time I buy a product at bestbuy, I always buy geek squad insurance.

I did not need to use this for my logitech mouse for which I bought the replacement service. I now need to replace the mouse after 3 years of use, but am outside of the two year window.

Bought it, have not had ot use it yet, but it seemed like a good deal and they are close to the house.

Got this protecting for 3 years to protect a 50 dollar pair of headphones so hope it works out lol

Will not know till I use the service but I have not used any of the Geek Squad Services on any item bought from Best Buy yet.

i should stop buying these because i never use them or forget i have it. but i keep buying them.

Son enjoys the keyboard. But complains that it doesn’t tasty connected to the laptop

Do not buy this type of plan for radio equipment. It won’t be covered. It won’t be covered. It will be sent to be repaired. Might as well save you the money and keep manufacturer’s warranty.

not the best when comes to support very rude and not nice

Bought this keyboard for my son during Christmas and he's used it with no issues so far.

Logitech has gone downhill and even the hundred-dollar keyboards are junk. The keys are noisy and often I get two letters at once but it's the loud clicking that really bothers my wife who is sitting 6 feet away from me trying to watch TV. It's that loud. I will be looking for another brand soon. 10/16/2021

worst replacement plan ever, after a year my son went to replace the mouse cause it was not working and was not even accidental it was malfunction and the guy there said that this plan is not even with the store or the geek squad like it said on the description, it was with the company (razer) and they just give him a credit for less than half of the regular price of the mouse cause it was on sale and i have to put the difference for a new one, so basically i waist my money on that insurance it is highly recommended not to get any of this extended warranties for the geek squad cause is a waist of money...

Some time it work some time they dont give new one but for computer they are ok

I spent $256 for them to send me this. I’m not going to spend my money on Best Buy anymore.

Ehh kinda okay for gaming, did mess up after 1 year
