So with product in hand I stopped by the Geek Squad where a very nice new young employee attempted in vain to have his boss (standing next to him) answer a simple question about how the program works. The response from the boss wast RUDE CONDENSING and horrible treatment! This manager needs serious TRAINING in being CIVIL to customers!!

I literally just received this half hour ago. went through unboxing and setting it just to plug it in and.... nothing. No power. Tried different outlets and same result, the power light wont turn on nor is there any sound from the speakers. Pluged in the cheap ones that I have been using and have sound. These WILL be going back for a refund. I guess I will try Klipsch next.

I tryed contacting the support phone number and got the run around so i just chucked it up as a lose and got a Allstate plan instead.
