I am so disappointed in Best Buy. My Garmin watch stop charging properly and I took it in under warranty and I was told I only get 50% of its worth back towards another watch because I used rewards points on the original purchase and those are non refundable. I spoke with 3 reps on the phone and was told a manager would have to assist me at the store and then said manager said their was nothing they could do. Apparently you're rewards don't count as money? I feel like I have been stolen from buy a store that sells faulty products.

I purchased this and after about 6 months the 3 key on the side I had to start pushing it multiple times to work. Now almost 8 months the 1,2, left arrow and sometime the 5 all have to be pushed multiple times and hard. When typing in numbers for work I am constantly having to stop a redo it. As of right now I have not had any issues with the mouse.

Don’t need that insurance for such an inexpensive item.

Sound quality is decent and headset is very comfortable. 3 stars is because I’m unable to complete the firmware update.

great value on sale, but dang that scroll wheel sounds and feels like it's styrofome. could been a 4+ maybe even a 5 star product if it wasn't for that!

Had this mouse since 4/17/2024, its now 10/22/2024. The mouse was great at first. A month ago, with a snap of a finger it just died on me, the battery. Yeah i charge it as needed but it would die within 1 day of being charged where it would last me like a week. The setting for bluetooth does not allow you to turn off the lights completely, which I think is the root of the drainage. Their advertisement is false and it feels cheap. I am just angry that i spent $150.00 at the time. what a piece of crap.

Great product and great space upgrade for the ps5 only thing is they didn't send the screw or install ring with it

Inadequate storage capacity. I should have gotten the 4 gb. I think I put on like three or four games since I installed this and now I can't even get updates for games because there's no storage space remaining

Keyboard feels great and high quality, but it is sooo LOUD! I just bought it and its already driving my roommate nuts. Typing on it gives me a headache

Upon connecting it, the drive made a soft "thumping" noise and was running hot at 60 degrees C. Because I had tossed the packaging I couldn't return it to BestBuy and opened a ticket with WD and returned it. Two weeks later I received a replacement from WD, without any explanation. The drive still makes a thumping noise but at least the temperature is acceptable and the drive is fast. This is the last WD product I'll ever buy.

Terrible quality and even worse customer service. Purchased a device from company and it broke in less than a year. They said to send back for warranty replacement and data recovery. I did and waited two months to receive the wrong device back. When I contacted company they said that was what I sent them and too bad. Device is not compatible and definitely not even close to what I sent them to be replaced. Years of family memories are now lost. With so many options, I’d avoid this brand at all costs.

Mic does not work after a few hours of use. flimsy quality. lightweight which is a plus.

You get what you pay for... Do not expect loud speakers but good enough if you're looking for starter speakers.

Hackers hack into my account charge many items online to be picked up in different state , none of them mine.

I can't believe how many good reviews these craptacular speakers get. I didn't expect much for this price, but my last speakers were half this price and far better. Anything but the lowest of volumes (mind you I am talking very low volumes...I'm older and not one to "blast" music or anything else) and the speakers start vibrating/rattling with an audible sound. I wouldn't take another pair for free. Don't waste your money.

I bought a Samsung SSD online and picked it up at the store. A different item was in the box, so the employee said that it must have been put in the wrong box. 10 minutes later they came out of the back room with a Samsung SSD and said it was mine. It was not mine. It was another person's broken SSD. The store said since I bought it online that I have to call support. Support said that I have to go to the store. The store manager offered to order me a new one if I paid an extra $25. This has been an awful experience with nobody willing or able to take responsibility. I should have known better than to trust this company

This Keyboard developed terrible Key Chatter after only 6 months. Looking online, I found this to be a significant problem with Corsair Keyboards, especially so with this (the K60) and their k70 model. The only fix is to re-solder the a new switch as this is a mechanical issue, and you can't easily replace the switches. Save yourself the trouble and buy a slightly better brand of keyboard. For $90 I expected a much better product. My $20 wireless keyboard has lasted longer than this one , I am very disappointed.

It’s terrible,the ipad won’t stay on the board for a second, as soon as you touch the ipad it falls down, and you can’t charge your pen!!! Every time should uncover the ipad!!!!

I have now given this headset a 2 time chance. Both of which purchased from bestbuy which is why I believe only they get the review. Both times this headset has failed in the left ear. Speaker will go dead and doesn't come back alive. It worked the day before and then nothing. Almost makes you think its a designed fail..
