I get that people hate when workers ask if we want the protection plan but it’s worth it. To protect your purchase money on the item and have security in knowing your going to get your unit repaired or replaced is a no brained. Even if you want to upgrade after your unit goes out and it can’t be fixed you at least get to use your original purchase amount towards a new unit!

Worth purchasing! I got a blender, and it was broken. Literally broken. Got a new one no questions asked.

I had to misfortune of having to use it I am so glad I purchased the this warranty there was no problem I carry the convection oven into the store and I walked out with a new one thank you very much

My old airfryer decided that it didn’t want to heat. I was able to take the unit to the store and exchange easily for a new one no questions asked. I love that I can get a replacement so easily. I definitely purchased a new plan for the new unit.

Hopefully I won't need this however it does give me peace of mind knowing that I have it.

I love this plan. I love the convenience of having IT to help without shipping my product away. I would recommend this to anyone.

Got the extended Geek Squad protection for added security for my purchase

I bought this Geek Squad protection plan to add accidental damage to my De'Longhi coffee and espresso machine. I've had protection plans for items that I purchased from Best Buy just to cover my butt in case of an accident or repair for the product.

Just add the 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection to any purchase at Best Buy. You gonna save yourself a lot of headaches. You’re going to have any issue solved instantly.

I am sold on the only negative is the on and off button

you can walk into any Best Buy store. They be able to help you out right away excellent customer service. They also do a home service for your electronics and you can also give them a call and talk to them fantastic way of dealing with technical support.

To be honest, I purchased the 2 year extended warranty for my product in hopes that one day (if I ever need it) I will be covered with issues on my product. I have yet to see the type of service and customer support I will receive from BestBuy, when the time comes, but I’ll keep you guys posted!

So far we have not had to use them but the peace of mind is nice.
