I didn't really have much use for Geek Squad yet, but it's a comforting service to have and not expensive at all compared to other companies such as Apple. Totally affordable (mostly).

As Always the Geek Squad is on point. They offer expert advice and tips. Again the Customer Service is truly excellent!

I have never used it but it is still always worth getting just in case

What's not to love about ut? Something happens to it...they fix it or give you a new one!

I haven't had to use this plan yet, but i have used the plan in the past for a different item and they replaced the item!

Seriously, buy it. Geek Squad is so helpful when your machine doesn't work. And they will either fix it for you or replace it to a new one. I love Best Buy.

I worked at Best Buy for years while in college, specifically in Geeksquad. I’ll never not get GSP. Entirely worth it not only for the peace of mind but also when you actually need to utilize it.
