This is my second kitchen aid food processor. The first one lasted 20 yrs. You just can't beat them. Works perfectly and makes cooking so much faster. I cook everyday from scratch. This is a must- have for a busy schedule. No more hand chopping to get your veggies in your diet!! Love it

Up to now every time I bought something which I buy everything through Best Buy, all services from sales to delivery, installation, and repairs all were done perfectly. Last time I had a problem with my coffee machine and they just checked it and gave me a best buy card all money returned which I used for a new dishwasher. The geek squad service was great! It was good that I didn't have to use it but it does provide peace of mind if a device doesn't work as its supposed to.

If I see a certain percentage of reviews for a small appliance or item mention early failure or breakage, I add this on. I've used it twice for hassle free replacement. I don't have experience with having Geek Squad try to repair an item like they would on a large appliance or major electronics so this review is on small items.

The Best Buy replacement program is the best - no questions asked . I had a Oster food processor which had stopped working and had went to the service center to get it looked at. They were quick to check it and mention they will refund the full amount since it would be not worth to repair it .

Knowing that I am fully covered is one of the best things ever.

I dont Usually purchase the extra Protection it usually seems To run along with same lines as the warranty and I already get extra warranty using my visa BUT...none of that covers "Accidental"! Absolute must have for me You be out of your mind not to get it My son just purchased the new Xbox one s Series Best Buy has been out of it So he wanted to go to Target but I made him wait and hunt page for it to come back in stock Just so He could get The geek squad protection and he only had to wait 2 days and got it cheaper

Bought for an oven roaster which broke about a year after purchase for no reason, just suddenly stopped working and was able to get a full refund, the prices went up so it was hard to get similar priced oven but refund is better than nothing
