Best protection plan on market. You get exactly what it promised and if you signed up at Best Buy or on the reward program you don’t have to keep up with any receipts or paperwork they do that for you.

This looks s a great convection oven. It looks nice and is multi-functional. I love it! I recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like to use microwaves.

Most the time when I buy products I never get the warranty due to my husband dropping the last air fryer I had to add the warranty so that if he drop it we can replace it win both ways.

With this service I was Abel to have my cooktop,fridge, wall oven combo all free installation.. without that ser ice it would have cost me a lot more for installation

I presented at the geek squad desk with my lap top explained what I thought was wrong, the squad member took my lap top in the back and returned it in 10 minutes. Allfixed. The young man was very personable.

Excellent experience, i already have all the answers to the possible questions, but i took the broken product, they verified my information and i got a new one no questions ask.

This product allows peace of mind. It is nice to know if something breaks or doesn't work you are covered financially and you can get your items repaired with expert technicians.

When I purchase an item that has a protection plan available to buy, I always invest in my purchase since it is an electronic item and you never know how long you will have it before it stops working correctly.

I have bought many Geek Squad warranties. 90% of the time, service or replacement is very easy. Occasionally technology or out stock situations arise. BB Geek Squad is very fair and understanding.

This service can be super useful, unfortunately Best Buy was misleading in how they helped me with it. I had an appliance with a warranty issue. Best Buy insisted on an in store exchange via their warranty because “it’s better” and promised since it was a warranty thing not an accidental damage the plan would transfer to the new one. THIS IS NOT TRUE. If you have an item in the manufacturer’s warranty for a covered issue - USE THAT WARRANTY. The plan will not transfer to the new one and you basically just paid for a warranty service you already got for free through the manufacturer. Corporate told me to go back to the store and speak to a manager to rectify the issues we had. In store gave me to a colleague, wouldn’t call a manager to help, and that rep told me too bad but he could “sell me a new plan if I wanted” I basically paid Best Buy for the warranty I had for free, lied about it, and they laughed in my face when I asked questions about it. So this can be a good service - but make sure it’s not in warranty first otherwise you’re just giving Best Buy a donation.
