Beware! This razor turns very slow and takes a long time to shave, unlike the no name I bought from Amazon that was fast and also came with a great trimmer and still works great. This was an impulse buy because it was a Norelco. I have to shave 2-3 times to get a good shave. I passed my return date so it just stays on the shelf. Norelco used to be a great shaver but not this one.

I purchased an Insignia air fryer and added the 2 yr warranty, Unfortunately, there was a recall on the air fryer after a year of having it and I had to send it back. I was told by a Best Buy representative that the warranty would not transfer to the new air fryer that I will have to purchase. I know this isn't Best Buy's fault, but it's kind of a bummer that I wasted the money on a warranty.

Absolutely waste of money, near by stores doesn’t have repair appointments and asking me to drive 45 mins away store to drop off for verification, and replacement is not guaranteed and it’s all based on stock availability. Waste of money to purchase this.

The product was missing the power cord and the wheels as well. I need to know how Best Buy is going to make this right?

I’ve heard this is a great product which is why I added this plan to my product, but Best Buy cancelled my protection plan without my consent

This company is horrible. Ordered it here so I could get 2 day delivery. Now three weeks later it never came. No refund either. They claim it must be back at their warehouse 5 days to get my refund. If I never received the item, how can I return it and how could I use the extended warranty? Why do they not give me a full refund!

Next time let people know before they purchase a protection plan that, Best Buy won’t exchange your product only repairs, which is garbage. Best Buy is becoming worse by the day

I ordered this as a Christmas present and upon arrival it brewed coffee quite well but while brewing I noticed that the cover for the water on the coffee brewing side would bend due to the heat produced. When attempting to use the espresso function the machine was never able to produce steam or even draw a single espresso shot. I may have received a defective product but I suppose you get what you pay for.

If I can give negative rating I will definitely give ridiculous item as liquid coming out of the pitcher from bottom and if you go for service they offer you to sale whole unit instead of part and they suggest to buy from Amazon. Don’t buy not recommended

I asked for help with my tv and all i ever got as a response was tech department e-mail asking for model # and serial number. I took photos texted back and never heard back months later . Would not spend the $ again .

What is the point of this on a toaster oven? Wife was talked into purchasing this with the purchase of a gift. Very disappointed in the sales staff at my local best buy.

Have not needed the geek squad yet, can only hope that if I ever need them, it will be a breeze to use, replace it fix.

I’ve used it once only I still get it just in case but sometimes I think it should just be included at no extra cost at least for a year

Total junk. I thought it would be okay for just an occasional espresso for guests. I should have known better... this thing is garbage. Returned it.

Awful. They won't let me use the protection because the item is still under manufacturer warranty. The agent hung up on me when I asked why. I was having difficulty finding the manufacturer warranty info and just wanted to use my purchased geek squad protection instead. I guess you can't.

Don’t buy this product find a different insurance for your item Best Buy ended up telling me they can’t replace my item because they don’t make it anymore and left it at that

Always get this for my big purchases. Have used it multiple occasions and always a smooth process
