Seemed like a good idea, except my coffee pot broke 2 days after the recplacement ended.

Guarantee garbage, which I do not recommend anyone to pay, they promise you everything so that you can buy it and when you use it you hit the wall and regret it

Didn’t have the need for that option therefore didn’t purchase it

Best Buy does a very poor job telling customers if you return a product for a defect during the two (2) year coverage period, you forfeit the $89 you paid for the extended coverage. Adding to this is if you don’t use the extended coverage you don’t get your money back either.

Recalled no refund issued. Fire harm . Shouldnt of been sold

Paid for it but was unable to find receipt, but it appears that Best Buy had it and I should have just brought it back.

One day shipping is laying I place an order and the salesman offer me one day free shipping and not coming later they reschedule for almost 2 weeks

I bough Keurig-K-single serve 3 years ago and warranty all ready expired but I have Geek squad, then even with that I have to pay for it.

What a piece of junk!! Didn't even turn on. Threw it away when best buy wouldn't take it back. Don't buy it.

This is all about taking money. When you need help they give you the run around 9times out of 10 they don’t do what you’re paying for.
