I mean never used it and by the time something does do wrong the warranty is over

I’ve fortunately have never had to use geek squad but I’ve heard they do a really good job.

Thanks for offering this warranty. It was purchased with an Air Fryer but I have not received a copy of the warranty. I hope I’d I should need it , it will be beneficial for me. Purchased for Christmas 2020

Service reps listen to my concerns and try to make it right by checking the issue.

I haven't used it yet. I gave it 3 stars because it only covers 1 product. If I want coverage for another appliance or device I have to pay $10 again which is honestly not worth it.

They gave me store credit without question. I love how fluid things are with Geek Squad!

It does not have a timer capability, unfortunately.

This was the first time buying a protection plan. Coffee maker was not expensive but only lasted 2 months. Took it back Best Buy replaced it, what I didn't know was that you had to buy another one. Worst part was I bought it with my points and only paid $10 for it purchased the protection plan for six bucks and then head to buy another one for six bucks when they replaced it. Turns out the replacement didn't work so I just threw it away instead of replacing it and spending another 6 bucks. I would not buy any protection plan now that I know how it works. Particularly with small price items. It's not worth it

Bought this to extend the factory warranty. I'm glad I did based on the way the mixer sounds. Hopefully the sound gets better with use and I won't need it.

Almost never have to use, as most items perform well for entire warranty periods. On the rare occasions used, I was happy with overall service.

When I called Best Buy North Avenue location today I was fully expecting to write a positive review about the reasonableness of Best Buy honoring the spirit of The 2 year accidental geek replacement coverage. Unfortunately, Best Buy is stickler to the letter of the warranty. My $200 Keirug coffee maker lasted just long enough to be a few days out of the 2 year warranty and Best Buy doesn’t make exceptions. Technically, Best Buy is within their rights, but it’s not a good way to encourage future business.

I just bought it in one day! Not sure for in the future but, be aware of best buy's specifications. This one does not have app control like the description.

i always brought the greek squad for protecting my expensive product but I never seem to actually use it.. so I am paying for the price but I never get to use it.

The protection plan was kinda pricy in my opinion and I hadn’t had to use it just yet thank goodness. But I’m hoping it’s worth it.

I had a problem with my air fryer it was only 2 months old and they wouldnt refund under the manufacturer warranty!!! The employees made me use the insurance said i was lucky cause i was getting my money back.... the product was 2 months old and had no sign of wear the door was broke do to faulty craftsmanship...

The warnings of the product was kind of a kill joy about leaves getting stuck. But it was worth less than $200

Always good to get an extended warranty on any product
