I purchased this just in case my new toaster oven breaks. I had purchased a previous toaster oven from Best Buy (Bella brand) and it broke after 17 months. I brought it back to Best Buy and they were unable to give me a new one because I didn't buy this warranty. Lesson learned!

I bought the exented warranty per suggestion of the sales clerk. I havent had to use it yet with the Dyson hair dryer I purchased. Its cost $60.

Customer service was great. Replacement of the product was easy and simple. Would always recommend getting a warranty!
