The buttons on my old toaster oven become wonky after a year of use. Sadly, I didn't ket a protection plan for that. I put up with the issue for years. Got the plan for my new over, because it was the same brand and I wanted to be protected in case something happened again.

I rarely write reviews but I think it’s important that anyone who is in the fence about getting this plan for anything they use daily gets it. In many instances it increase and improvise upon the manufacture warranty. It’s often times more value per money that appliance itself. Most issues can be resolved by going to a local store rather than shipping things off. I’m not familiar with how it works for activated devices but for appliances and small tech this is an easy buy. Please just do yourself a favor and factor it into the cost of what ever you plan to buy when you’re saving for it. It’s much better than having to pay for unplanned replacements without it.

Came from a Ninja unit that died after about six years and with this coffee maker you definitely get what you pay for! The warming plate after 7 months has peeled and rusted regardless of how much care I put into it, the coffee itself has never brewed to the quality the Ninja gave me but it was a cheap machine so I went with it. Oddly also the water loss from brewing is inconsistent. Not sure what that's about but I guess it speaks to the meh brewing quality. Also VERY much speaks to the constantly dropping price of this machine! I paid 50 bucks on sale and now it's 20! Glad I got the service plan because with the gradual breakdown of this thing I don't feel quite so screwed over!

Its good to have coverage IF needed. I didnt but it was worth the peace of mind.

I have purchased the Geek Squad warranty on all of my Norelco razors that I have purchased through Best Buy since 2003. I’ve had to use this warranty a handful of times throughout the years as electric razors are one of those things that seem to break within the first two years. I have never had an issue when making a claim using the Geek Squad warranty and highly recommend it when buying certain products.

My husband LOVES IT. This is his favorite thing to cook in. He is heart broke and sad that we just found out it has a Recall. He loves this air fryer, we have had 3 different ones before buying this 1 (since air fryers came out on the market). I brought this Air Fryer around Nov. or DEC. 2020 and I have to say the longer we have had it the more attached we have become to it. ANYONE INTERESTED IN A REALLY GOOD, MID-PRICED AIR FRYER EVEN AFTER 2YRS IT A MOST GRAB.. PERSONALLY ANYTHING I CAN PURCHASE AT BEST BUY I DO... I REALLY, RELLY, LOVE THERE EXTENDED WARRANTY, THE BEST OUT THERE... SO HAT'S OFF TOO BEST BUY

I like to purchase the replacement plans when they are reasonably priced. I have been very lucky as I have never had to use them. It is the peace of mind, it brings me that makes it worthwhile. What I buy is something, it is something I really want and I wouldn't want to pay a full price to get a replacement if didn't work properly.

I bought the Geek Squad Replacement Plan for my coffee maker. My coffee maker stopped working properly so I made an appointment. Within 10 minutes of bringing it in, the guy had me on my way with a refund for the purchase amount so I could buy a new coffee maker since mine is no longer a model they have! Works great and it’s too noisy. The slick design is perfect for any room in the house.

After about a year and some change, my blender began to leak from the sides. When I took it to Best Buy, they just reimbursed me, and I was able to use that for a new blender. I always recommend getting the protection plan to my friends and family. It is easy to either replace or repair or get your money back. I’ve purchased plans for all my products that I can, and it has yet to disappoint me.

So far so good, wings, loaded potatoes from tgifridays jalapeño poppers, full sized digorno pizzas, gotta get an elevated tray to get the bottom done better. But still cooked in the middle. Not doughy. Great work oven. Cooks quick 10-20 min mostly. Still experimenting with it. I’ve heard you can cook steak in it and it’s actually pretty good. I will have to update this after I cook a streak in it.
