They honor their warranty and even have honored on something that went out a few weeks past its expired warranty date! Best blender if youre looking for something to crush ice, fruit, veggies with ease. Pair it with geek squad protection - I had one that broke literally right on the 2 year mark and was able to get it replaced in store with just a swap out of a new one.

Can’t ever go wrong with the actual geek squad protection plan! Only down fall if you go total tech member you can not purchase the original geek squad plan! And total tech only covers 2 max and then you pay monthly! I love the fact that I can purchase 2 4 or 5 years protection NOT being a total tech member.

I recommend 100%. Never had issues with staff. If something is not working properly they replace it or give me a refund.
