[Employee of bestbuy] So glad I bought the protection plan for my razor because it broke 2 months after purchase. I was able to get another one for .10 for the next protection plan since I hardly used it.

Had to use when returning an item and it went quick and easy at the store and was able to purchase another same item that day

Always a great buy if you just are unsure of a product or warranty, especially if it was maybe refurbished

I obtained for my stereo and hope to cover services in the future.

I love the Geek Squad plans. I think they will be doing away with them, but they've been a life saver for me for over a decade. That said, I'd only get it for high risk/high cost-repair items, or stuff from companies with notoriously poor customer service.

Great to have, never know when you could easily break your product or something goes wrong. Peace of mind that it will be replaced.

I love the peace of mind of the geek squad warranties! I can let my kids play with things, and know that if the item just stops working after a year or so, I can just bring it in and get a gift card to buy a replacement item - this is one of the main reasons I choose Best Buy over Amazon

Got this for my heater and they replaced it no hassle!

Had an item go out on me and Best Buy went above and beyond to get it replaced immediately with their coverage. From now on I will always purchase my electronics through them with the optional warranty.

I always purchase protection plans along with my electronic items because you never know what can happen to your items with just one day of use. Geem squad always helps out and it is worth paying the few extra dollars
