You can never go wrong purchasing the Geek Squad's Accidental insurance to protect any electronic purchase from Best Buy. I haven't used this protection since all electronics I purchased are in good working condition.

I have learned that if its a pricey item already buy Geek Squad. It really does come in handy. If the item breaks you get a replacement. It is pricier than competitors warranty, so I just buy it when I know the item may break.

I didn’t have to use this Total Tech coverage but it sure makes flying less stressful knowing if you have an accident, you are not completely out of a drone and all your money.

Totally worth the extra money - if its something that cant be fixed it can possibly be replaced.

Always great and either gets fixed or replaced. Patience is all you need if it has to be repaired and it will come back good as new.

I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because i have used it in the past, but i just had something fail one month past the coverage and got told nothing they can do to help. Don’t think i can recommend

10/10 always get geeksquad! Love the protection and ease of mind not to mention every geek squad woman / man I've worked with had incredible customer service and tried to always handle any issue I had!

I always buy geeksquad protection and havent had to use it once. But its always better to be safe than regretting not paying however much more it costs to add the protection. Would strongly recommend to get a protection plan

My coffee machine stopped working and I simply took it back to Best Buy and they exchange it for a new one with the warranty!
