Very simple process. Worth the cost imo. Had an item break and geek squad was awesome!

I like to buy extra protection. Give you a peace of mind

Initially I did not believe in paying extra for extended warranty. However, when my tea maker stopped working in less than 13 months I regretted for not buying the extra warranty. I certainly did for the replacement one.

I haven’t had to use this yet but it’s definitely worth purchasing for electronics.

I've had this air purifier for a good amount of time and I am super happy. Easy maintenance, great quality as I've had no problems! Would buy again... In fact, I bought my mom one also and she loves hers too!! (& she's picky lol)

The prices is right! When I request service this worth the price I paid.

Great service and got me all set up. Took my new coffee pot home and it made delicious coffee the best morning. Best Buy employees are always helpful in helping me pick a good product.

Hopefully I won't need this however it does give me peace of mind knowing that I have it.

[Employee of bestbuy] Getting protection of all your items is a must is basically paying half the price for a new one when you bring it back or malfunctions I would recommend everyone get protection on their items

I buy warranties on all of my electronics. I've had to use my warranty on several items, including a mini fridge. You just bring your covered item in store, get either an exchange if possible or a refund. I've never had any issues with any existing warranty. Highly recommend Geek Squad.

With most of my electronic purchases i buy a warranty cause best buy has always had my back when i’ve needed to return something that just stopped working or is acting funny, really puts my mind at ease when i buy an expensive item cause i know if something goes wrong i can get another one or my money back.

This service is great and needs to be offered on more products not only can I take back broken electronics and either get them fixed or replaced, you don’t need the original box or a receipt everything is done digitally no more do you need to stock pile on receipts to then forage for them.

You guys were amazing. Sorry I took so long to write a review, I just haven't had the chance. You took an embarrassing moment and made it better. Hint: Never buy your wife a practical gift for Christmas or any other time, except for a "just because we needed it" gift- GSH

I’ve had this air fryer for over 1 1/2 years. It’s been great. I use it every single day. The rubber stoppers for the basket degrade very fast. But other than that, it’s wonderful!!

Love it. I like the dual area and that i can cook two different items with each having its own temperature and time settings. User friendly.
