I have had to use the replacement policy twice over the last couple of years. I appreciated no hassle return and getting a replacement product that day.

The only thing i can sah ive had an issue with is how long it takes for them to get so.ething done and back to you. Its been over a month and i still dont have my pioneer amp back if it was that bad it would take this long then they should of given me a new one.

This is the one extended warranty that we've had that has been simple to use. We had one machine fail, brought it in, they replaced it. Will definitely get for complex or pricey equipment.

I chose to write a review on geek squad because in general I always add the protection to everything I purchase. I have used this several times and have been satisfied that I purchased it each time.

I don't always buy Geek Squad replacement contracts based on what technology I'm getting and expected lifespan. In this case, I think the price is great insurance against any issues down the road.

I am hoping I don't have to use it but having this coverage is a peace of mind.
