So far so good. Hoping we won't ever need to use this replacement feature. Was skeptical that we'd have problems with the air purifier since I'd never had one. Well, this unit is incredible so far. Doubt we'll use this replacement option, but you can never be too careful.

I dont Usually purchase the extra Protection it usually seems To run along with same lines as the warranty and I already get extra warranty using my visa BUT...none of that covers "Accidental"! Absolute must have for me You be out of your mind not to get it My son just purchased the new Xbox one s Series Best Buy has been out of it So he wanted to go to Target but I made him wait and hunt page for it to come back in stock Just so He could get The geek squad protection and he only had to wait 2 days and got it cheaper

If we didn’t have this insurance, I would’ve been out of pocket 80 bucks for an air fryer that I only had for a couple months. This is so worth it.

The Geek Squad provides excellent and immediate service. When my Instant Pot started having issues, the Geek Squad people gave me a new replacement immediately. There was no hassle of trying to get a replacement from the manufacturer. Plus, they are really nice people.

Omg I love this! I’ve been wanting one of these for a while, but couldn’t bring myself to spend the money as soon as it went on sale I had to scoop it up. This holds up to its name blends well love the extra cups that comes with it. I haven’t used the food processor yet but I’m sure it’ll be amazing as well!

Why wouldn't you get warranty on something so nice and or expensive? I've always had it for multiple things, it definitely helps when something so expensive stops working

Up to now every time I bought something which I buy everything through Best Buy, all services from sales to delivery, installation, and repairs all were done perfectly. Last time I had a problem with my coffee machine and they just checked it and gave me a best buy card all money returned which I used for a new dishwasher. Thank you and please keep up the good service…

The Greek Squad team mounted the TV and did everything! In fact out front they mention if something is wrong with the product and take action to replace with the new one! They are super fast and very cooperative. We are completely satisfied and used their services almost 3?times in the last one year without any complaints.

So far so good! Received this as a gift for Christmas from my husband and kiddos and so far, it has not disappointed! My last air fryer only lasted about 4 months before it completely stopped working. However, this one has worked great! No complaints.

The best option I haI have a few items under the GS always. When I have any issue, they replace or have the money I pay for if.
