    The insurance stinks. The refrigerator died 2 weeks after the site survey was finally done, The Geek Squad took 11 months to come and the refrigerator didn't even last 10 years. The extended warranty ran out a year earlier and I couldn't afford to pay for it again. It's horrible.

    Haven't had to use the Geeks yet for this product, but it is nice to know that it would be replaced if they are unable to fix it when it breaks down.
