Bought the extended warranty, some of the reviews were less than glowing, others raved. Probably a waste of money but time will tell

I had to but a protection plan because in the last yesr i got 2 espresso makers from amazon and they both stopped working after a while

The warnings of the product was kind of a kill joy about leaves getting stuck. But it was worth less than $200

This was the first time buying a protection plan. Coffee maker was not expensive but only lasted 2 months. Took it back Best Buy replaced it, what I didn't know was that you had to buy another one. Worst part was I bought it with my points and only paid $10 for it purchased the protection plan for six bucks and then head to buy another one for six bucks when they replaced it. Turns out the replacement didn't work so I just threw it away instead of replacing it and spending another 6 bucks. I would not buy any protection plan now that I know how it works. Particularly with small price items. It's not worth it

9/10 the geek squad warranty is golden. However when it comes to samsung products. They force you to go through Sony first. So its pointless and obnoxious

It does not have a timer capability, unfortunately.

Super loud. If you're entertaining ppl all conversations will stop while it’s running but it does do well and very powerful

I got this based on the very affordable price I got the product for. Haven’t had cause to use it yet though.

Haven't had the need to use this at this point, hopefully won't have the need .. cost effective compared to shipping item back to manufacturer.

Heard good reviews about geek squad. Always purchased with the products bought from Best Buy.

So far all is good I didn’t have to use my Geek Squad services. However, I did make a phone call to Geek Squad regarding my instructions manual.

I haven't had to use this yet but I am hoping it comes in handy if ever I need to utilize it. I bought this alongside an air fryer.

The fan started rattling not long after purchase. Was decent until then.

If I am being honest I may never use this ever in my life.

Good piece of mind. But too often I was told to often we cant install x because y.

I love it A++++you will not regret this purchase!!

This protection runs concurrently with that of the product so it is not truly helpful in this instance.
