First Time i will see how well it goes but i been shopping at BB for a very long time now

Haven't had a chance to use it but I hope it's worth tge money.

If you get Geek Squad on some products it can be a value

good for the price. makes getting a new one fast, just take it back

I’ve had 3 of these Breville ovens throughout the past 5 years. Looks good works great, but if you dont have a dedicated outlet it will constantly trigger the breaker. More importantly, I wish these things lasted more than 2 years without issues but they don’t. I always have to pay for best buy protection plan to cover my back and get it swapped when it fails, AND THEY WILL FAIL. Overpriced items like these should last 5 years.

Product was great but has been recalled. If you have it people please get rid of it. If you are confused do your research to protect yourself and others. Thank you

When our espresso machine broke, I was glad we had this, but I didn't realize it was a one-time use kind of thing. So, when we had our machine replaced, we had to repurchase the protection all over again for full price. Otherwise, we'd have had no replacement protection on the new machine.

Recently purchased a breville espresso machine in February and purchased the protection plan for 2 years. Was told they do not repair so we wanted to replace this item unfortunately wanted me to pay for protection plan again if we wanted to replace again. Only had the item for less than 4 months. Why would I want to pay again with the fear this item would have the same problem in 4 months. Should have just asked me to pay the difference for what we used

I did not use Geek Squard, I just returned it to the store and took different blender

Canceled my coverage. I found my old water pic still works.

Havent used it yet but hopefully it's worth the money.

The Best Buy service plans costs twice a much, as the Walmart servie plan.

They are very convenient. Not to much different from the rest but it works well.

I don’t think this is really worth the extra cost.
