GeekSquad needs to do better

My rice cooker broke and to contact customer service to process a replacement was a hassle. It would be worth me buying the product than investing time to give all details to customer service. I had to speak to 2-3 different people just to schedule a repair appointment.

unreliable Geed Squad service

Power XL Grill

I then noticed that my kitchen was getting Smokey & the grill seemed not to be performing like it was suppose to. My grill started to overheat after being on for 15 minutes. I was glad I purchased the warranty because I was out of the exchange period. The Power XL was good while it lasted which wasn’t long & it is hard to clean. Why mess with one at all if you can't continue to carry a protection plan. Thelast couple of days I've had nothing but trouble getting help with another product. If this is what I have to look forward to, I'll start shopping somewhere else

I bought 3 Dyson air purifiers last December and was not notified that they had been recalled due to a fire hazard. The store manager said I had to return it through Dyson. Dyson says I have to return it through Best Buy.

Best Buy Replacement Plan is a waste of money!

Will not buy another Dyson from Best Buy. First time using warranty and it was useless. Not worth the money or hassle.

Slowest Razor I've Ever Had!

This razor turns very slow and takes a long time to shave, unlike the no name I bought from Amazon that was fast and also came with a great trimmer and still works great. This was an impulse buy because it was a Norelco. I have to shave 2-3 times to get a good shave. I passed my return date so it just stays on the shelf. Norelco used to be a great shaver but not this one.

Warranty won't transfer from factory recalled unit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased an Insignia air fryer and added the 2 yr warranty, Unfortunately, there was a recall on the air fryer after a year of having it and I had to send it back. I was told by a Best Buy representative that the warranty would not transfer to the new air fryer that I will have to purchase. I know this isn't Best Buy's fault, but it's kind of a bummer that I wasted the money on a warranty.
