I love this pot. I bought two of them. It can be used as a slow cooker or pressure cooker and many other functions. However one of the pots when I was using it as a pressure cooker, unfortunately the seal inside is not 100% firm so that the steam was leaking which led to the pot can't accumulate enough pressure so can't be used as a pressure cooker. I tried my second pot which worked just fine. So I returned one pot.

It is very effective. I was impressed by the quality and the professionalism of their work in diagnosing and repairs. I know it depends on issue at stake, but trust me it is worth working with Geek Squad
