Geek squad protection is always awesome. The only question is, is it worth it for the product you're buying at the price they offer. some things if I break them I break them and it's my fault no big deal. other things it's definitely worth a hundred bucks to ensure

I am a tech Warranty advocate. Especially Especially in regards to Best Buy Warranty. I have utilized this many times, over the years, from Best Buy and have had very favorable experiences. Especially with their new Total Tech, that they are now providing, This is an incredible improvement/bonus.

I am so glad that I pulled the trigger on the geek squad protection .I drop my galaxy s21 ultra and it would not come on and i took it in to get fixed , found it was d.o.a so by having the geek squad protection I received an full refund.

Just get geek squad insurance it's 100% worth it don't waste your time getting anything else. You get replacements right away couldn't be more helpful.

We had an issue with a newly purchased phone. The screen would only open halfway and they swapped it out no problem. It took very little time and the person we spoke with was extremely nice and helpful.

2 years of accidental Geek squad protection is a great start with this amazing phone. I got it from the "open box" section, but it is as good as new, with everything intact. One great option is the dual Simm capability. I will definitely recommend this Samsung Phone to a member of my family and my friends.

[Employee of bestbuy] I’ve always loved best buy and their warranty. It is always guaranteed and I don’t have to go through a insurance company to make a claim. Best Buy has the best warranty offers overall by far.

Rarely do you find people who are friendly, competant, efficient and who go the extra mile to make sure you are happy -- but these two guys did. They installed a new TV and a soundbar and they did a great job and really took the time to show us all the little nuances of what the TV could do. This was money well spent.

I only bought this because the cases for Android phones do not seem to offer the protection I look for. I would prefer more military grade protection since phones are very expensive, but this is all that was available in the store.

I Have not had to use geek squad service on my latest purchase but I have always had positive experiences. Repairs were done in a timely manner and the protection was well worth the additional cost for previous equipment I've had covered by geek squad!

This plan is great ,i think that as long as the phone lasts for a year should be okay.

it is still in the package in my work bag so no damage will happen to it

I would recommend 2-year Accidental Geek Squad Protection Plan to any person. The reason is quite obvious - inadvertently, many things happen, and, when negative event strikes, then most of us wish having that defense. And Geek Squad offers that defense. Please, take advantage, because it's better to be safe than sorry.

I knew as much about the Pixel as the Geek did. (well almost.) The only problem I had was being more conscious of the time. Bestbuy was very busy and promptness was a challenge for me.

My zfold3 broke down (front screen) and payment this protection was the best i did since they send me a gift card to buy a new phone so i got the latest. Thanks geeksquad

I wasn't impressed. I finally broke my Note 10 screen 2 years later. Scheduled an appt with them an hour away only for them to tell me the closest place that'll fix it is 5 hours away. Instead I ordered their replacement phone for $200 something and it arrived quickly, but the ports were dirty and dusty and the sound button didn't work. Customer service was foreign and hard to understand and passed me from person to person for 4 hours and then I was finally able to get another replacement the next day. That screen lasted less than a month and broke from dropping it on a softcover book. So I ordered another phone for $200 something and the back shattered mysteriously in less than a month mind you my phone has been in an otterbox the entire time. So instead I decided to drop paying for their service because I feel like the quality of the parts they use just isn't there and I could order online and YouTube it myself for cheaper and probably the same quality parts if not better.
