I bought the plan to cover my phone in case something happened to it. Less than a year later i dropped the phone and broke the screen. So i visited my local BB Geek-squad, only to find out there would be a $90.00 deductible!! That's a quarter of the price of the phone! Add the $80.00 i paid for the plan, now I'm almost at half the price of the phone! What a sham, the salespeople are really good at making it sound like the plan is the best thing since sliced bread, that you've got nothing to worry about if your device fails/breaks/gets hit by lightning, run over by an M1 tank, or sinks to the bottom of the Mariana Trench, they just forget to mention that you're going to have to shell out more of your hard earned cash in order to make this costly plan work.

I think everyone should insure their new phone incase an accident happens with the phone. Its also a reasonable monthly payment.

Haven't needed to use service yet, but if something does happen I have coverage!

Geek squad customer service by phone and in person are always very helpfull and always help you with your conserns and questions

I bought Geek squad to be on a safer side coz my boy is a diesel tech & he messed his S20 bad last & I had no warranty.

Totally worth it. If you can afford this, get it because it can and will save you money when bad luck befalls your device.

This warranty gives you peace of mind. I purchased an OtterBox case that's the same as buying a 2-year warranty

I broke my phone twice in one year. The agents helped me fix it right away each time, without any hassle.

Always buy the protection on expensive or electronic items. Things happen and with the protection plan you’re covered

Wonderful service that you should definitely purchase with an expensive phone purchase. I like knowing I have the Geek Squad for help with anything on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra.

Having a geek squad protection is good for busy people, like who use their mobiles quite a lot.

So far so good, I went with GeekSquad for the cell phone plan as T-Mobile was a lot more with the same value.
