Everyone should purchase this to protect their phones from damages

I called into Geek Squad at least 4 times and they weren't able to help me at all over the phone despite putting me on hold for many hours. After being without a phone for 2 weeks I was forced to drive to the store 50 miles away where they were finally able to push through the return but not the express return. I was told they would not be taking my old phone from me and that I would need to ship it in but they ended up taking it and not returning it to me. They gave me a gift card for the damaged phone but had no acceptable replacement phones in stock at the store or online. I will never be purchasing a phone from Best Buy again this has been the biggest pain and I'm thoroughly unhappy.

I dont understand why I have to pay again for a new phone after been charged monthly for my phone protection,I was even told that they don't cover for Samsung and that I need to look for a Samsung office ,but you keep deducting my money every month,I dont seems to understand that,I have a scratched screen I went to geek squad and I was told to either pay 250 or was given list of Samsung office I can visit to get it done,as the guy that attended to me said they only cover for iPhone but you sold the plan to me and you keep taling my money every month too bad I have to opt out cause you dont keep to your word ,integrity matters
