I would like to thank the employee that talked me into purchasing this. I was going to say no, I mean how often have I had to replace a keyboard and mouse, not often. Well during a freak accident we did manage to damage it and it was super easy to replace and got a new, not refurbished, new in box combo! Thank you!

I always get Geek Squad protection. Most of the time I didn't need it by the time my protection runs out. HOWEVER! The times I have had to use it has been a life saver. It has more than paid for itself, including the costs of the unused plans.

I recommend ALWAYS buying a protw tion plan for any electronics you purchase. It comes in handy if the item becomes faulty before the protetection plan expires, then you basically get a replacement product for no extra charge. Look into it.

I always get the plan, the plan is good, recommend the plan... did I mention I like the plan? I am a Best Buy Employee, however my views / opinions are my own and do not necessarily reflect Best Buy Policy. Oh, yeah and get the plan ;)

Purchased this as an addition to getting the game. i always make sure i have a protection plan just in case i need to return something if it doesn't work as intended. Would recommend plans when buying.

With the geek squad coverage it kind of helps if you press the brakes or is not replaceable it going to help you out and get your credit back to a new purchase or update your product but when it comes to fixing your item don’t trust these guys

2 Year replacement plan, what's not to like? Great piece of mind and hassle free. I'm a fan of the plan!
