Haven't had to use it yet but I've used it in the past on other items and it was simple and easy when my item broke to get replaced

The geek squad 2 year replacement is a must have for your prized electronics. We all know nothing is made perfect and things happen. In my experience my Elite controllers thumb stick started malfunctioning so I used my geek squad replacement and I got it swapped out for a new one.

Agent installed stereo system in husband's car and gave demo on how to use features.

So far I haven't had to call or submit a request but have used the service in the past and would definitely recommend there services.

I strongly recommend protection plans everytime they are offered. Best Buy is best in class when is comes to offering affordable reassurance when buying new computers, games, accessories, & really everything they offer.

The agents were professional when they came to mount my TVs on the wall . They did an excellent job making sure the tv was even and cleaned up after by taking the tv box

Haven’t used it yet so I can’t say for sure how helpful GeekSquad is but not a bad price to pay for safety and quality assurance. Hopefully I won’t ever need to use it but if I do, I’m sure they’ll be helpful!!

Absolutely a must with a 12 year old boy. We have used the replacement on the fallout 4 game we bought. It simply just wouldn’t load after about a week, no scratches or anything. And they had the game shipped to our home as it wasn’t available at our store. Great service!
