The geek squad does an amazing job I never have a bad experience with them I recommend them no matter what

I almost always buy the protection plan when it's offered. It generally covers far more than the "manufacturers 1yr limited warranty" & if the is a problem with the product, I can usually take it to any Best Buy location.
