Game disc get scratched so easy, so the protection plan is great. When it does get scratched I can just take it back and get a new one. I get Best Buy protection plan on everything I buy from them.

Got this warranty to cover some video games but they do much more! You can ask them different questions and they can help you out with other devices as well.

Game was the only thing that needed to be traded in. I understand that skus are different for the game vs the hardware, but I do not believe that the hardware has any matching identification to the game. needed to replace the game, would have rather just given the game back and pulled the new one out of the same sku. either way, it all got handled.
