Washer & Dryer install was outstanding. It was a bit surprising that they referred us to the manufacturer for the first service call.

Haven’t been 2 years yet so can’t really rate the service but does say replacement so if anything happens hope they honor it

I used geek squad for all of my warranties but they've upped their prices and deductibles. For cell phones I buy Verizon's insurance now.

These plans used to be so advantageous to the customer now it's hit or miss whether you actually get your moneys worth out of the purchase of the items
