I like Geek Squard I here they have to go 4 year college in computer teach college this great they help fix all computer program and can fix tv pc and other elercvtrine items

BB's 2 year warranty allows a long term usefulness warranty in case something messes with your product, like windows 10 coming out and our previous printer choked on it, so just handed it over and got full credit towards a new one, how good is that?

I love this about Geek Squad services, with no questions asked and are helpful as can be to the customer. Just hope that the item has some type of stocking or you can get a refund.

SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP TO HELP ME WITH MY SCANNING ISSUE WITH MY NEW HP PRINTER. THE GUY DID EVERYTHING I HAD ALREADY DONE AND I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO SCAN FROM MY HP APP. AFTER SITTING THERE FOR AN HOUR HE SAID OH YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP. HE LOADED A SCAN OPTION ON MY COMPUTER WHICH I HAD BEFORE IT WORKED ONE TIME AND NOW WHEN I TRIED TWO DAYS LATER THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. I FEEL RIPPED OFF AND MY ISSUE WAS NEVER FIXED. NOW I CAN'T SCAN AND HAVE TO CALL HP IN THE END. I'D REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK AS THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Geek Squad did an excellent job on updating my home office color printer. He knows all the right things to make it work right without any issues. I highly recommend him and his team.

It does what it promises, if my stuff breaks, they fix it or replace it. It is basically a rental cost, because when they say replace it, they usually mean give you the money back that you spent on it because the same product may not be available.

I haven’t needed it this time but it has been a lifesaver in the past.

The Geek Squad is great, always helps me out. When I sign on sometimes you have to wait a bit, and then they take care of it and keep you informed along the way if there is any problems.

I always get the product replacement for any items I buy. Best Buy will always honor it. Even if I feel I don't need it, I get it anyway. It is a very reasonable price and sometimes well needed. Good to invest in when you buy something.

I bought this service plan for a new HP Printer. Best Buy stands by its service plan if it's necessary to use.

I had the Geek Squad 2 year plan on a previous Epson printer. Had problems with it, Best Buy refunded my money no question ask. I buy the plan 2, 4 or 5 plan on higher price items. worth the money.

Good KB, easy to use macros. Software looks for current games and sets up (some) color schemes. Currently playing Battlefield 1. when im in Gas, KB turns green, in fire, turns Red. Only the usable keys are lit while playing. Great KB response.
