Good option as a backup to products' manufacture warranty (which mostly only covers a couple months to up to only 1 year). The easy replacement process is greatly appreciated. Not many offer that service. Also, it's easier to go to a Best Buy store for replacement submission than going through a return shipping process.

Buying the plan will be the difference between being a happy or frustrated customer. BB will take care of you if you have a problem if you have the plan. If you don't you're on your own.

I would never purchase an item without buying his 2-year replacement plan so if you're buying any Electronics or anything that offers it buy it because it definitely comes in handy

Do you have the iPad keyboard? Get the geek squad replacement coverage. I will get it every time due to the fact of how often the keyboard broke.
