I purchased this 2-Year Product Replacement on my home modem. I haven't had to use it yet, but I am confident that should a problem arise, I won't be without internet for long.

Definitely work paying for they way we use stuff and having 2year old that is very active and that has to touch everything comes in handy if something goes wrong

It's always a good idea to get a warranty I can't you how many times I didn't do it on other products in the past; and something quit on me. Better to be safe than sorry!

They check and replace the items very fast so I don't need to wait for the product"s company approval to replace the item.

I like the way they are very helpful and know what they are doing. They are there when you need them.

The value for the price is very good. Having it gives you a piece of mind and affords discounts on other warranties.

USELESS. WASTE OF MONEY. I spent my 2 days off talking to and getting transferred to multiple agents and still had to repeat myself over and over and over again. One of them even gave me a bogus Case Number, probably just so he could hang up the phone. The other agents just didn't know how to help me with my printer issues. If you live on Maui, Hawaii, USA - do NOT buy from Best Buy and this Geek Squad 4-year Product Replacement scam. Since there is no Best Buy store on Maui, they expect you to take a flight to Oahu with your printer to take it to their store branch so you can get it fixed?!? Like seriously?! Do you know how stupid that sounds? So now this agent from Guatemala sent me "return label" so I could just get a refund instead. But guess what?!? Best Buy had the audacity to return back the heavy printer back to me in the mail with a refusal note of everything. Wow!! What kind of customer service was that?? Who trained you people?? No more BEST BUY shopping for me EVER!!

Hope I never have to use it. But I got it. I had a bad experience with Greek squad years ago but after ten years I decided to give them another chance hope I don’t regret it!!!

I have really appreciated the Geek Squad service. Whether it’s at home or in the store, they are great!

Okay so it does cost a little extra to purchase geek squad but they have helped me so many times with so many different electronics that I’ve purchased at Best Buy.

So happy we have a great warranty really works very well you have to get one it’s a must your going to be happy you did

I love geek squad's product replacement program. TI've only had to use them 2x in the 15+ years I've been shopping at Best Buy and they have gone above and beyond both times!

Am glad I added this 2 year warranty in case I have a problem in the future with the product. It will be replaced, no questions asked.

The geek squad came with my TV purchase. They were very helpful in helping me get everything set up and ready to enjoy.

No questions asked, was able to get a new mouse. They let me pick any mouse in the price range. The warranty transferred over and the 2 years restarted.

They were wonderful and told me to watch for the two year end. I liked the Geek Squad. I think Geek Squads are wonderful.

Gratefully I haven’t had to use it yet, but given the printing I do it was a reasonable insurance policy
