This isn’t my first time purchasing stuff from Geek Squad. From product replacement to servicing my products. They do a Great Job! Worth the Purchase because I work my stuff hard.

It was pretty easy to enroll in, which is great because it gives me peace of mind as far as knowing that I will be covered in case the item fails, is concerned.

Whenever I buy headphones or other, easily breakable electronic devices, I always buy the extended warranty. Always. I've used it several times, and it is always very easy, with no hassles. I cannot recommend this enough.

Geek Squad has been helpful in answering questions and providing great service

I know that the product has a warranty but the geek squad protection makes it so convenient to exchange! I have used it once because the hinge came loose, and I was very glad that I wasn't out the money I paid for the product.

Anytime I have a problem with any of my purchases, I have the best insurance.

I usually do not purchase any warranties or replacement policies. However, I did for my MX Master mouse and I am thankful that I did. Best Buy's Geek Squad immediately replaced the mouse at the store and insured that it worked properly.

By par Best buy geek squads are the best and they provide quality service.

Husband would never let me get the insurance till one time we got it on an item of his. This item actually broke and This insurance took care of it with 0 questions asked, Awesome

I'm glad I have this service. I haven't used it yet but it feels good to know that I can call on them for four years.

The service they offer in product protection is excellent.

My printer was having problems. Geek squad quickly checked it out and offered to change the printer to a current model since they could not fix it in store. Worth the service.

Works better than I thought but than again its black and Decker so i should have known
