I got a really bad paper jam that completely ruined my last printer. Luckily I got Geek Sqaud protection on it so I got a replacement printer and all I had to do is purchase the protection again. No charge for the printer!

I always purchase the product replacement on expensive electronics. I don't always have to use it but when I have there has not been any issue. They are very easy to work with.

What can I say, accidents happen especially when you least expect it. Having a 2 year coverage is money in the bank. I got coverage for my iPhone 6 plus and it gives me peace of mind. Great coverage plan.

I have had geek squad for years for my computer. Whenever I have had an issue with anything regarding my computer, I call the 800 number and a tech has always resolved the issue!

i love have a 2 geek squad service plan for the just in-case. I didn't need to use it but was glad to have it. have used the a geek squad service in the past.

Have been using the GEEK Squad for many years. They are usually able to fine the problem and fix it. Sometime takes a long time on hold to get to the right person.

We haven’t had to use it on the item we bought it for, yet. But from past experiences with this service, we are confident that they will take care of us.
