This warranty was very beneficial on the last headset I had and I am fell good about purchasing it on this one. BB took good care of me when I needed them.

I purchased this just in case. I haven't had to use it yet as the printers have always lasted more than 2 years but I recommend buying this to save yourself alot of stress.

Geek Squad protection is awesome. When the printers are acting up, we bring them in and pick out a new one. Doesn't get better than that. We try to buy all our appliances there and get Geek Squad protection on everything.

Bought a printer for my college student to put in his apartment, where something could more easily happen to it than in my own (adult) home. For $20, I have peace of mind for 2 years. Worth the price.

I've purchased Geek Squad product replacement on several items and have been glad I did. A previous purchase was replaced without question, when the product failed.

East to program, easy to use and has all the features you need for an office at home. The downfall is that they ink doesn’t last as much and it’s not cheap.

All I can say is always get the protection plan from geek squad it’s always worth it in case something happens you don’t have to pay out of pocket

I love that Best Buy has the Geek Squad product replacement for the simple fact I am in college and can't afford the extra surprise cost if you need something repaired. They help you with what ever you need help with.

2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement. I have yet to use this particular plan. But in the past when I need to use a Geek Squad plan they were excellent to work with!

I like have the Geek Squad protection. Because, I can be completely irresponsible and not take ownership for my actions with anything I buy. And they will replace it for me. not that I would ever do that.

These guys are always there to help. They are fast and friendly and will get you taken care of. It is worth the extra money just to have the peace of mind knowing that if anything happens they will take care of it.

Warranty covers most things that can happened to a product. I highly recommend getting the Bestbuy warranty just so you're prepared for the worst. I rather have it and not need it than not have it and need it.

It is always good to get a protection plan as you never know when you might need it and then you are covered

Replacement insurance helps a lot when you don't have the money to continue buying things again. Best Buy has usually honored my insurance claims. I have no complaints.
