I absolutely love the protection plan. A printer I bought broke down right before the 2yr period and I was able to exchange it for a new one of the same one!

This small, external back up drive is perfect to protect your files. It was easy to set up and works well. Just wish that it had a monitor light indicator so you know when it is working. Very quiet.

Would recommend everyone gets the extra warranty. I had purchased it on a printer and the printer died before it’s time. Took it back with the extra warranty information and was given a brand new orintet
